The host was very helpful and secured a parking spot and help carry our luggage. The room is very unique, you really feel like you are in historic home. The city of Modica was amazing with so much going on in walking distance. The walkways and stairs lead to various sights and restaurants.

− Gettin to the lower and upper parts of the city is a walk up many stairs. It's worth it, you just need to be comfortable with the multiple stairs. Getting back to the room late at night is a little tricky. Parking in the city is very challenging, we trie to drive once and could not find parking during peak hours.

The property is absolutely stunning in every way. It was a very easy walk into town. It was very private and very quiet. Some delicious treats were left for us on our arrival which were really appreciated.

− Be weary of parking issues during the weekend if weddings are on in the nearby church.

Stunning and comfortable, like home

When opening a simple door you are immediately given to ‘wow’. Our apartment was upstairs and overlooked Modica. The apartment felt like home, it had everything you ever would need, a large kitchen with all amenities and dining table, huge bedroom bathroom and stunning lounge. The veranda to sit out was equally as stunning. It’s about 7 minutes walk downhill to get to the main streets with the restaurants, cafes and shops. The walk back up is a steady stroll, depending on which way you go. We would definitely go back and would quite happily live there.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The host welcomed us very warmly and surprised us with a lovely complimentary treat upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The apartment itself is exceptional - the photos do not fully reflect its quality, elegance, comfort, and attention to detail. The view over Modica is simply breathtaking, especially in the evening. The location is perfect, with all the main attractions within easy reach. We highly recommend this place - it is truly a gem.

Antike Einrichtung und tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Stadt von Terrasse.

− Hatten kein Problem, aber als Hinweis,- Quartier ist nur über Stiegen zu Fuß erreichbar und nur öffentliche Parkplätze im Umfeld.

Fantastyczne miejsce, z jednym z najznakomitrzych widoków ever. Bardzo duży dom, z tarasem, nowoczesną łazienką i wygodnymi łóżkami. Gospodarz jest bardzo miłym człowiekiem, który we wszystkim służył pomocą i wiele doradził. Wspominamy ten wyjazd bardzo dobrze i zawsze będziemy pamiętać o gospodarzu i tej lokacji!
