As advertised, perfect for what we wanted.
9.0Spacious and comfortable. The free parking just round the corner was a big plus. Door code gave easy access. Good facilities for cooking and washing (although we didn’t need them). Handy for local shops and eating out.
− Never really got to grips with the dishwasher which seemed to have a mind of its own. The freezer beeped annoyingly for no apparent reason, but we managed to reset it eventually.

− The kettle didn’t work and we had to replace the batteries in the tv remote to get the tv to work but the owner was responsive and acted accordingly
Great location and good size for a family (but no Garden).

− Garden or courtyard is more appropriate, had not been maintained and overgrown with weeds and very uninviting to sit in. Not good for young kids at all as no gate and leads to the main road.

10.0Comrie is an amazing location. The cottage was very comfortable, lots of space for a 3 bedroom and was perfect for our holiday.
− Our only comment and definitely not a complaint we thought about bringing our dog but didn’t and was glad because the garden isn’t fenced.
