10.0The apartment is thoughtfully designed, with all facilities in excellent condition and a nice mix of modern, high-tech features. The hosts are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Free street parking can be found within a short walking distance. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, making it an ideal base if you need to work in the Sassuolo or Modena area. Just note that it is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, so be prepared for a bit of daily exercise. The window offers fantastic view of the castle, especially in dawn.
− I wish the water in the shower can be hotter, but it is not a big issue.

Appartement très confortable au centre de Scandiano avec parking gratuit à 50-100 m.
10.0L'accueil souriant de la propriétaire très à l'écoute de notre demande d'horaire, le confort de l'appartement, sa position centrale, la climatisation, les petites attentions (quelques boissons et douceurs dans le frigo, les produits dans la salle de bain), les câbles à disposition pour recharger les gsm, le wifi impeccable, la présence de moustiquaires partout... Bref, tout était impeccable !
− Rien car nous savions en réservant que l'appartement était au 4ème étage sans ascenseur.
