Points positifs : bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo, café à disposition, lit confortable, salle de bain correcte (douche de bon format), appartement joliment décoré et fonctionnel (mais très petit, idéal pour un très court séjour), localisation dans une rue assez calme et parking aux alentours

− Points négatifs : escalier pour accéder à l'appartement en colimaçon très étroit et très raide, difficile à circuler avec une valise, idem pour l'escalier menant à la chambre (mezzanine). Format kot plutôt qu'un appartement. Bouteille vide concernant le gel douche et le savon à main. Pas accès à la télévision mais uniquement à Netflix ou Amazon.

− geen kookvuur, geen douchegel, geen shampoo, niettegenstaande toch warm op de mezzanine, lavabo slechte afvoer, geen plaats voor het plaatsen van de fietsen

Good location, Cosy space for 1 or 2 persons. Not ideal for long term stay in my opinion.

Great location, walking distance to Grand Rue with the fountain and shops. A delhaize is just round the corner and you also have the bus stop from boulevard JFK and Mons Lycee round the corner. Aircon was a godsend in the recent heatwave. Hair dryer with curly hair diffuser. Lots of plus in the living and bathroom space. Shower, body wash etc all available. Tea and coffee station which was well stocked. Cutlery and crockery available including hangers for clothes. A cozy space but lots of thought given to basic needs to allow you to get up and go. The loft room which I stayed in was nice but I would suggest it wouldn’t be suitable for someone over 5 ft 3. The property has 2 other spaces in the same building so if you need to book and are quite tall, it might be worth asking for one of the other rooms.

− The property is very very creaky where it feels like something is running across the kitchenette cabinet or someone is coming into the space. As a solo female traveller, this made it difficult for me to get to sleep and even sleep well. Maybe thick rugs would solve the issue or perhaps identify the cause of the issue. No washing machine or iron which made a 10 day stay quite difficult to manage for change of clothes etc. The stairs are very narrow which was okay as I only had a small weekend bag but I imagine would be problematic if not impossible to navigate with a large suitcase. A socket or plug closer to the bed would have been much better but not sure how feasible this is as the bed is in the loft.

Séjour agréable au calme et la climatisation a été appréciable.
