1.0I was totally shocked when I showed up for my reservation at 6:40PM and was told by the check-in staff that "I have already left for the day and I am NOT coming back to check you in". I was left stranded and had to walk to nearby hotels to beg for availability. I would definitely NOT recommend staying at Alux House
− This was a horrible experience and I definitely do not recommend anyone staying here

9.0Loves the kitchen the cookware was great and they had lots of spices. Location was super close to the main areas, free laundry was amazing. Room was big and great air condoning and fans.
− Minor issues would be that the bed was a bit soft and I have chronic pain so it was a bit rough for me. I wish I would have known sooner there was a chair to sit outside. Would be nice if they had patio stuff there. It is next to a little ally walk way, as a solo female traveler I felt a little uncomfortable and less secure because of it.

10.0Logement particulièrement bien équipé et bien placé. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. Très bonne communication avec Jody qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour très agréable.
