I enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beautiful ocean view. The amenities that’s walking distance and that the place had WiFi. It was like having a home away from home.

− Some of the permanent residents complained about the noise the kid were making at the swimming pool area. I was annoyed by the fact that they expected my kids to swim without making any sound.

The apartment was situated in a good environment, the stores were close and the beach was also close by.

− The key pick up, I didn't see the need for us to pick up our keys in a Total Garage. The cleaning service was poor. No cleaners came by to clean during our stay but we paid the cleaning fee, now we're told we can't get the refundable breakage fee while we were not told what the houses rules were and we did not break anything, I feel they are thief's because till now my money is not paid in my account

everything was good .the flat got everything and will go again nice view and clean

− only the exstration fan that didnt work the day we wanted to braai .but their was n fault with the cable and they repair it .yust check the shover head off bathroom it dont shut of from bath to shover

Kids love water so the place provided the pool & ocean within close proximity. They enjoyed every moment. The ocean view was magnificent & brought so much tranquility. The shopping centre within 3 minutes walking distance adds pleasure for those last minute shopping needs. We all loved the place.

− The fact that their booking doesn't give an option to cancel before making payment gives an unfair power to the owner and is a scam to me as a customer. Their unfair terms & conditions were not shown prior to the booking We only knew after booking and even before making payment that 1. The cancellation is with full payment, whether u have already made initial payment or not which makes no point to cancel even when you don't agree with their terms. 2. The advertised amount has hidden costs that include breakage & cleaning services. The service that only came once in the 5 nights of stay. 3. The key is fetched elsewhere & is not even a walking distance from the booked place, bearing in mind that we were travelling with kids & using public transport, it made it so inconvenient & frustrating with the owner not willing to budge or even willing to listen to our frustrations. The bathroom equipment needs to be changed. The toilet paper holder is not stable so keeps falling & making irritating noise, the bath/shower's knob is not working well so the shower option does not close making a mess every time u open the tap.
