Güzel bir otel
9.0Otel personeli çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Tesisin konumu da oldukça iyiydi, yürüyerek merkeze gidebildik. Kahvaltısı da yeterli , kaliteli ve doyurucuydu. Teşekkür ederiz. The hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. The location of the property was also very good; we could walk to the center. The breakfast was sufficient, high-quality, and filling. Thank you.

− Geen flesjes water, enkel bij aankomst. Enkel bij aankomst koffiepats. Dit verwacht je niet bij een hotel van die prijscategorie ( bijna 300 euro per nacht)...we moesten ergens water gaan zoeken om onze tanden te kunnen poetsen! Geluidshinder van de straat was erg storend

1.0− I’ve booked junior suite with sea view and the hotel gave me totally different room saying they’ve upgraded me. It wasnt a upgrade, it was down grade. 20m2 room with no space to walk thru. It was part of connected room. I was staying with a common terrace , no sun shield, no sea view!!! I asked for a partial refund, they didnot even answer. All they say was we’re sorry!
