− The room were not good one of the delux room has semi circle bed.. very uncomfortable. The manager on floor suggested that if u don't like the deluxe (semi circle bed) u can take standard... This is so stupid.. if it's a discomfort for hotels reason, will they upgrade or down grade.

− They refused to accept me as a foreigner, claiming that foreigners are not allowed in this hotel. I am asking myself, why is this hotel even publish itself on Booking.com?????!!!!!!
