Overall we had an excellent experience and I will reccomend this hotel.
9.0Excellent location , very good unobtrusive service, flexible check in /checkout ,super view from the balcony , we just loved the restaurant / terrace in the root of hotel with spectacular views and tasty dishes, convenient swimming pool with all the necessary equipment , very good room service.
− There was a damp and fishy smell in the hallway of the room, and we couldn't ventilate it during our short stay. Hopefully it will be ventilated finally, we just did not have enough time :)

6.0the staff is very friendly. the beach is close and noce. very cheap. indoor pool is nice, although very different than the picture.
− far away from Batumi city, around 30 minutes with car. The surrounding is just a big cobstruction site. I booked 2 rooms, one room is moldy, the TV remoter doesnt work. There is actually no gym although on bookings there is one and the picture looks nice. The isolation is poor, you can hear the neighbors quite clearly. To be honest, I have no idea how come it is a 5 star hotel and has so many good reviews, which makes me feel like cheated by the pictures
