− The procedure to check in is miserable. The contact number stated in booking.com is another hotel that is 10km away from the exact location. When you call the number, they really dont know about this place and pass away to another person. Had to wait 1hrs+ to check in before the real person contacted me to give details of the place(password, unit no./level). Need to improve on the customer service
