We notified Booking.com and left feeling vulnerable and unwelcome.

− The owner was rude and tried to scam me for money.
first time stay at a B&B. The additional charges were unexpected. Terrible and expensive experience!

− Charged a large cleaning fee, even though the property was left as it was received. Charged an additional large security deposit, which the owners stated would be refunded, but it wasn't. Refund was not provided and attempted to contact the owners to find out the disposition, but these attempts were ignored. Lodged a complaint against the owners with Booking. Very dishonest!

8.0It was nicely furnished and comfortable.
− The description was misleading in that it stated private pool when in fact it was a neighborhood pool 10 minutes away. Also there were no wine glasses. The cleaning fee was higher than advertised with us being required to clean the bathrooms and vacuum the entire house in addition to the usual removal of trash and washing of dishes.
