9.0Le propriétaire a été très sympa.L appartement est très bien situé : à quelque mètres des commerces et des principaux monuments à visiter.L appartement se trouve dans une maison ancienne avec cour intérieure, maison avec beaucoup de cachet qui m a fait penser à ces maisons qu on voit dans le film italien "1900 ". Appartement très fonctionnel avec un environnement très calme et silencieux .
