5.0I loved this room. I loved the lovely balcony & view. It was so refreshing.
− I didn’t like that the room had ants everywhere and it would get into all our snacks. Besides that it was okay.
My family was embarrassed I stayed at a low cost odd place so far out of town but I kind of liked it
6.0Scenery was awesome. It is a very pretty place. While I was there I met two employees who were both very nice - Dragon and Katie. My room was clean and the heat worked well. It was fine for me. I enjoyed my stay in this odd cabin compilation.
− Place was odd in that there were at least several "permanent residents." The indian decor felt odd in VA. Many of the buildings were falling apart - the sauna and hor tubs weren't available. The boat was filthy full of people's clothes and half drunk bottles of booze. The cat walk was shut down because a big chunk of it was broken. While I liked the people, it's not a spa in any sense. It is a group of cabins on the blue ridge mountains. They offer cleanliness and a great view but that's it. No check in desk, reception, manager etc. Its not a hotel/spa.

10.0Everything was like a fairy tale, amazing 🤩
Wonderful experience for a peaceful stay
10.0We love the shared space- we did not use it all ! Decoration is unexpected and part of the experience ! Bedroom was fine and had a small fridge. Communal kitchen is convenient, you can also have your dinner or breakfast by the outdoor fireplace or in the large hall . Shared bathroom is fine, it seems we were the only ones to use it since most of the other rooms have their own bathroom. Very quiet , hardly saw anybody in the evening or morning (we were out all day hiking in Shenandoah) Location is great, 20 min from the Swift Run entrance to Shenandoah NP.
− Room lacks storage or even just hangers for your clothes. Sauna was nice (had to start it with firewood) but could have more private space to undress or hang out in the fresh air to cool off (a wood deck would be a nice addition)
Misleading adventure
4.0The privacy
− The fact that the bathroom was separate from the room. Nobody (staff) could be reached or found to ask or answer questions. Ants in the kitchen that quickly attach to you if too close to counter tops. No signal for phone or text. Nothing else to do or go see.
Very poor
