8.0Property was clean, modern and well located in the main pedestrian street in Pontedera about 10-15 min walk from the station. Large tv in separate living room and ironing facilities plus great hairdryer was provided and plenty of storage space.
− No hooks for hand towels or anywhere to place clothes in the bathroom. No wi-fi during our entire stay despite several attempts to connect using the provided password. Enquiry to host about this was not responded to. Noisy young guests/tenants in apartment above during our last night made it difficult to get to sleep well after 1am.

9.0This accommodation was perfectly situated. We had a car, and parking (on the street and paid) was available. Pontedera was an easy train trip to both Pisa and Florence. The apartment was clean and very modern and had everything we needed. Also, we felt very safe and secure.
− The air con was not working and we were there in the heart of summer. The owners were great, though, and did everything they could to rectify the situation. This was not a negative just a glitch.
