A perfect place to enjoy a stay by the beach.
10.0Beautiful position with views over the river and beach. Central location for shops and restaurants, but also quiet. Very comfortable, clean, and a wonderful spacious bathroom.

10.0We loved the location and the view. The whole annexe was spotless. It looked brand new. The facilities were superb all worked well which has sometimes been a problem when we have booked accommodation elsewhere. The batteries in the TV remote stopped working, we texted Sheila and within a minute she had replied and within another 5 minutes chapped the door with replacement batteries. You can't ask for more than that. We would 100% recommend and already considered booking again. I'm always sceptical when I read reviews that are this positive as if it has been a friend writing it for them. I understand now why the reviews were so good, Bill and Sheila are lovely people running a great place to stay in the best location. I jist wish we had booked it for longer. We would book it again for sure.
