7.0L'emplacement par rapport à la mer et le complexe avec piscine et jeux. L'emplacement de parking à proximité de l'appartement.
− Les portes ne ferment pas ou mal. Volets cassés, lampes abîmées, tablettes de salle de bains non fixées. Volet en bois de la terrasse non fixé (mon père l'a réparé et à refixé un peu les tablettes). En gros. Appartement laissé "dans son jus". Les lits et les portes grinces. Un minimum de "frais" pourraient le rendre tellement mieux
