4.0Hanya menang di sarapan dan kolem renang dan lapangan badminton aja, untuk lainnya tidak memuaskan sama sekali, tidak sesuai ekspektasi seperti di iklan nya
− Kamar mandi nya air nya tergenang tidak masuk ke saluran, untuk turun ke bawah restoran sangat jauh dan turunan curam, wifi tidak sampai ke kamar hanya diluar aja berfungsi

− Cover bad is smelt, matrass too hard for sleep and became noise. Food no choice (limited)

− Only queen size bed when ad said king, sheets where dirty had a dead bug on it, breaksfast was cold, swimming pool was green not clean, tv channels basic, no ac, had to take a room on 2nd floor with a broken foot and no elevators and they would not give us a 1st floor room overall worst place i have stayed and again bed only quen size even though they advertise king and hard as a rock
