− The jost didn't turn up with keys. After travelling to London with 3 children, waiting over an hour, multiple unanswered calls to host we contacted Booking.com who told us host was a no show. We found a Travel Inn down the road which I recommend.
Avoid unless you want to be left without accommodation.

− We advised the property of our arrival time which they confirmed. When we arrived at the property there was nobody to meet us. I rang both telephone numbers and nobody answered. We contacted Booking.com to advise them. No response received from the property so we had to find alternative accommodation.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Property doesn’t exist, yet bookings are still being taken. Left stranded in London. Absolutely disg
1.0Absolutely nothing! We never even got to stay at the property. We travelled all the way to London only to discover the accommodation was not available. A complete waste of our time and money!
− Absolutely disgraceful! Arrived to find no answer from the host. Booking.com then informed us the property no longer exists! Why is it still advertised and accepting payments? We were left stranded in London with nowhere to stay. Completely unacceptable and misleading!
