3.0La ubicación es ideal, permitía visitar la ciudad sin necesidad de transporte y los coches se aparcaban de forma cómoda.
− La limpieza de la cocina dejaba mucho que desear. El olor en general, pero sobre todo la planta baja, era horrible. Fuerte olor a humedad y antiguo. Inviable usar todo mobiliario textil. Solo se usaron las sillas de madera. Es difícil creer que sea legal alquilar una vivienda en esas condiciones.
Casa correcta y limpia, pero antigua.

− No cabía el coche en el recinto que dejan para aparcar. El salón es muy pequeño para descansar más de dos personas.
