9.0Beautiful location stunning house and wonderful owners. Modern appliances and homely, not to mention a beautiful grand piano in the sitting room that has a very comfy, electric reclining seats.
− There was a couple of issues out with the owners control but they resolved respectfully. If a couple of trees were trimmed in the garden out front, the view of the lake would be available.

− Zugang zum See war nicht so schön. Wir haben ihn dann nie benutzt.

8.0Die Kommunikation mit Benedetta hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist verkehrstechnisch günstig genau zwischen Stresa und Arona. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche ist perfekt! Sehr nützlich waren die Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern und Terrassentüren.
− Es gibt nur im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage, in den Schlafzimmern gibt es nur Ventilatoren. Das eine Doppelbett ist nur ein 1,5x-Bett, zwei größere Kinder können da nicht zusammen schlafen. Der Zugang zum See ist nicht als Badestelle geeignet!

− The air conditioning unit was located in the salon, which was great but the bedrooms were too far away to bee cooled by it.

9.0Great apartment, really well equipped with the latest technology for cooking, heating and cooling and shutters. On top of that, it is located in a quiet road in a small block of flats which has a great view over the lake. Very helpful owner!
