1.0− I am extremely disappointed with my 3-night stay booked through Booking.com. The hotel conditions were completely different from what was described on the website. Firstly, there was no proper coordination between Booking.com’s description and the actual hotel facilities. The room was advertised as Deluxe/Premium, but in reality it did not match that standard at all. The room condition was average and not worth the price charged. There was no balcony, although the description created that expectation. Basic amenities were missing — no electric kettle, no tea/coffee kits, and even essential toiletries like soap were not properly provided. For the price we paid, these facilities are basic expectations. Additionally, the staff were unresponsive and uncooperative. The room attendant’s behaviour was not professional, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the price was too high for the poor quality and service provided. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are booking based on the description shown online.
