9.0Location was perfect.With view of waterfall out of bedroom window. Close to cafes, shops and pubs. We got married in Marsden. Wife stayed there night before. We both stayed there after the Wedding. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Decorated well with well equipped kitchen.
− Only complaint I had is I am a light sleeper. There was a small gap in the seal of the bedroom window at the top. . Whilst hearing the river wasn't too bad. Any traffic disturbed my sleep.

8.0Great location, great facilities, very clean and comfortable. The warden was very good.
− The details on booking.com are out of date. It just said Swan House. There are 3 properties at Swan House, but our confirmation did not specify which one, so we had to try each lock box. Code to lock box on details sent were incorrect. We were outside the property in the rain with elderly relatives for around 1/2 hour trying to get in and get in touch with the owner. The owners phone number just went to answer phone with no reply. I also had no reply to an email I sent a couple of days before. Thankfully, the local cafe owner knew the warden and called him. He arrived in just a few minutes and managed to get ys in. He was fabulous, but lack of communication and incorrect entry details was stressful. Once in, the place was great.
Would visit Marsden again....
8.0Right by the river. In centre of village. 2 mins to the co-op. Dishwasher handy. Lovely little village. Outdoor terrace Lovely and a sun-trap!
− Oven difficult to work. No oven / baking trays to cook with. TV signal very poor. Odd quantity of crockery (only 2 small bowls, little amount of cutlery but 13 mugs!). Tried to contact Hannah but no response.
We loved it and will definitely be back
