− 浴槽にお湯を貯める際、蛇口が短く届かないのでシャワーヘッドを浴槽に入れて使用した。勢いがつよいと浴槽の外にお湯が出てしまう。お湯を貯めるのに時間をかけた。
バスケットボール観戦旅行
8.0小学生の子供2人含む家族で利用しました。バスケットボール観戦の為、コヤン体育館から徒歩のこのホテルにしました。部屋も清潔で大変満足です。 ２部屋予約でしたが、隣同士にお願いメールし、その様にして下さいました。

Good value for money, but do not expect luxury.
7.0Very convenient and comfortable. Has all the necessary amenities. The room is quite spacious, it had a separate vanity area which was great for getting ready. The beds are comfortable as well. It was either very quiet or quite soundproof, but didn't hear a thing. Location is very convenient, we booked 'cause we went to a concert on KINTEX and it was great to avoid the traffic on the way back home.
− More of a motel than a hotel, it's a different ambiance to what the pictures. Other than that it was good.
Worst hotel stay ever.
1.0− Very bad hospitality, the staff is the worst. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstance. Nothing about this hotel is good, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

9.0離地鐵只有幾步路，能步行至KINTEX，旁邊有兩間超商與24小時餐廳，房間和浴室都很大間，盥洗用具都有附，房間乾淨舒適
− 只有洗澡水壓較小，電梯沒房卡也能搭乘的問題，其他都很滿意～
