Todo estaba muy bien,son muy servicial,no nos esperabamos el detalle en la cocina de las chocolatinas y los zumitos para los nenes,el vino afrutado... lo único que no gustó fué la limpieza,pondria un 10 si hubiera estado mas limpia,aunque estaba aceptable,es muy comoda la terraza espectacular!
− La limpieza(aunque estaba aceptable) ,yo hubiera repasado un poquito los muebles de la cocina,los juguetes para los nenes tenian un poquito de moho (normal si no se usa mucho) ,tuvimos que rodar una mesa de noche para pegar las camas y se nota que no ruedan para limpiar ,pero por nosotros no hay problema todo muy bien! Solo les digo para punto de mejora,para que tengan un 10 porque todo lo demás espectacular!

De locatie!!! Vlak aan mirador de Guinate. Zeer mooie wandelingen. Mirador del Rio, Jameos del Agua, Corona allemaal te voet bereikbaar!
− Even een probleem met overgelopen douche gehad. Werd gecontroleerd tijdens onze afwezigheid. Maar sinds hebben we de andere badkamer gebruikt.

Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé, télévision, ustensiles de cuisine, condiments, produits d'hygiène, un petit panier d'accueil à l'arrivée, une machine à laver... La literie est confortable, ce qui est pour nous important en vacances. Il y a beaucoup de choses à disposition pour se divertir : une piscine, que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser car il ne faisait pas assez chaud, un panier de basket, une table de ping pong, des jeux de société, des livres...
− Le logement se situe dans les hauteurs donc il fait un peu plus frais qu'ailleurs et il est assez humide ce qui n'est pas très agréable quand il ne fait pas très chaud, nous avons d'ailleurs eu un peu froid lors de notre séjour car il n'y avait pas de chauffage. Les voisins ont des chiens qui ne cessent d'aboyer pendant la journée c'est assez gênant, nous aurions aimé avoir plus de calme, ce que nous recherchions en prenant un logement excentré dans les hauteurs.
