10.0Всё отлично -хорошие хозяева, квартира чистая , есть всё необходимое, даже сушилка , утюг, глад. доска. Если вы надолго или с ребенком , то небольшую сковородку и ковшик лучше взять с собой (там только огромные сковорода и кастюля). Кондиционер в спальне и гостинной. Местоположение тоже удобное - Мбанк-5 минут, парк с атракционами-10 мин, от аэропорта около часа.
− 1. Запах в квартире от химии выветрился только на 5-й день, очевидно чем-то неприятным моют полы, было неприятно нюхать его и страшновато , что ребенок ползал по такому полу. Лучше конечно мыть просто водой, либо чем-то невонючим. 2. Я не прочитала, что это 5й этаж без лифта и тащить коляску и чемоданы было тяжело. Если вы на легке -то отлично, подкачаете попу))) 3. Проживание вышло чуть дороже ,чем показывал букинг в рублях, поэтому ориентируйтесь на цену в доллах , в нашем случае разница вышла в 1000 руб.из-за конвертаций.

− No elevator, 5th floor, difficult with luggage but we were aware of this when booking as it's mentioned by the listing and other reviews. Parking in the compound requires a remote to unlock the gate which we didn't have access to. However the host was responsive and recommended free parking opposite the building.

9.0Minden rendben volt, az apartman központi helyen van. Akár gyalog is könnyedén elérhető pénzváltó, bolt, kávézó. Rugalmas tulajdonos. Ajánlom az apartmant.
− A negyedik emelet lift nélkül. Ez az egy negatívum van.
Light filled apartment
7.0The Apartment was a refurbished Soviet style very roomy character filled well furnished. Full of sunshine and birds chirping.
− Didn't realise it was up 5 flights of stairs ..
