10.0The avenue was an absolutely exceptional getaway everything was spot on and I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a getaway to a lively area for such an amazing price for just how spacious the holiday home was, Denise was also brilliant with any enquiries we will definitely be back :)

Home from Home
10.0The Avenue really is the most perfect place to stay if you are visiting Newcastle. Perfect for any type of trip given the fantastic location. We were attending a family wedding in the Slieve Donard Hotel but wanted to make a weekend of it and The Avenue is only a few minutes walk. It exceeded our expectations. Another visitor described it as a "Home from Home" which we found to be a perfect description and the host Denise is so thoughtful and has catered for everything you might need and more. We will definitely stay here again.
