Biedny apartament, ząb czasu odcisnął głębokie piętno.
3.0− Rozwalone łóżko pospinane opaskami plastikowymi, płyta meblowa jako podparcie, wszystko rozsypało się po pierwszym użyciu ciepła woda kolejny koszmar, piec na gaz. Działa jak chce. Cena na booking.com przy zamawianiu 200hrywien niższa niż ta jaką wykazuje właściciel. Mieszkanie wymaga gruntownego remontu.
