− mix up with keys / rooms. Glass in door limited privacy. Broken fixtures (door) in common areas.

− Rooms were not made up when we arrived. Had to wait a few hours to check in properly, after the stated check in time. One of the seemingly permanent residents made us feel uncomfortable.
