8.0The balcony which opens to the garden was really really nice and beautiful. There was every cutlery that anyone would need in the kitchen. The facilities were great. The location of Hoechberg among Wuerzburg is ideal for a vacation home. Although I was not on any vacation, I have been in Europe for the first time in my life for the long term to start a new research career in JMU. The landlord was really nice and helpful.
− There was no elevator in the building which is mostly my fault, because the property didn't mention any elevator being there. But as I have moved to Wuerzburg/Germany from India that too for the long term, I had three large trolley bags which I had to bring down two floors by the stairs. So please be careful, the building is not ideal for specially abled people. Although this place is nice for vacationing, it's far from the main city. There was a scarcity of public transport unlike the main city. I didn't like that the kitchen has no chimney, and the fire alarm started ringing twice during my stay due to the smoke from oil while I was trying to cook some Indian food. Also, the bathing place is really small and I was making a mess in the bathroom with water, maybe it's mostly prevalent in the European bathrooms.
