− Stayed in a Deluxe Triple Room with family. They charged ₹500 for my 12‑year‑old but gave no extra bed, not even a blanket. First time I’ve faced such inhuman and unprofessional service — other hotels always provide basic facilities without even asking.

A special mention goes to the front office staff Abhijith Bro, whose excellent behavior and professionalism stood out throughout our stay. He Was attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, which made us feel valued and cared for. Their hospitality added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. − Their checkin and check out timings They make you check in at 2 but ask to check out at 11am Which isn’t right Then got every hour of early check in or check out they charge 200rs

− Booked for AC room, but no AC ,no heater was available in this high cost room. When once checked the room facilities details in booking.com, there were visibly available the AC facility. But when next time checking it went disappeared. For one night without required facilities the cost is very high. So disappointed.
