Poor communication
4.0Clean and great location.
− Communication with the owner was very poor. I didn’t not receive any check in information until I arrived to the city. The address provided was not accurate so we were logging our luggage all over town. I made multiple phone calls that were unanswered. Finally, we found the location by doing Google search. Found out the owner thought we were arriving the day after. Nightmare check in process. However, once we got in the property, everything was great.

9.0Great location, right in the old town. Short walk to the ferry, 10-minute walk to train station, just around the corner from a supermarket. Quiet at night, comfortable beds and great air conditioning. Well equipped with nearly everything you need.
− It would have been nice if some hand soap was supplied for the bathroom! Other than having to buy that, we had everything we needed.

10.0Very nicely refurbished in a historical building with modern gear. Excellent location. Great host . Excellent info package was received from our host before arrival. Everything is super close. Free parking (mind the Fridays) supermarket, great ice cream and restaurants. The lake is only 5 minutes walk. Don't look for other place in Stress.

10.0Es un lugar excelente en el corazón de Stressa. Muy recomendable para grupos de entre 4 /6 personas. Una habitación tiene literas, una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama amplio. La ubicación es excelente.
