The worst experience ever

− Everything beginning with the difficulty to find our reservation, to not being able to pay with card although I added my card when making reservation online, to the fact it’s a love hotel where rooms are being booked for a few hours, which gives you not the best feeling of living in such room. We didn’t have an option to find another place as it was night time and we needed to move to another place the next day. The room was not very clean, the bedsheets had spots on them, there were lots of mosquitoes and the AC was working on only one mode which felt like freezing (but if you turned it off it would immediately get really hot). The pictures are probably since opening and now it looks much worse. Don’t let the 9 stars fool you. P.S. Also the rooms dot have windows
