We all thought it was great. Place was lovely. Very clean. Hosts were very helpful and always on hand.

Prima huis met een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host - gastvrouw. Zij zorgde ervoor dat wij eenprima verblijf hadden.

− Het meubilair kan een vernieuwing ondergaan. De meeste meubels en stoelen buiten hebben hun beste tijd gehad. Een nieuwe aankleding zal het huis een betere uitstraling geven.

Property was in a good location with good facilities close by along with pool and bar if needed

− Beds were made up as doubles, which would be fine however there were 5 males who were not part of couples. This meant that we had to try and separate the beds but didn’t have extra bedding available to make it a comfortable stay. The shower in the main bathroom also had a blockage meaning that when using water was building up and then coming out of the shower tray.

Great location with access to a large adult pool and separate kids pool. Nice and quiet at this time of year

− En-suite bath had a large rust hole, so couldn’t be used. Once the issue was raised with Alejandra, the hole was patched up successfully.

False advertising and a nightmare start to our holiday We booked this villa in Costa Teguise through Booking.com, advertised as having four bedrooms and three bathrooms. When we arrived, after about 20 minutes of wandering around in the dark trying to find the entrance (because the directions were terrible and everything was poorly lit), we discovered that the listing was a complete lie — there were only three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There were four of us, all paying equally, expecting a room each. Instead, one of us got stuck without a bedroom. Getting in was a fiasco. The code for the pedestrian gate didn’t even work, so we had to go in through the car gate like burglars. If you arrive late at night, bring a torch, because good luck finding anything. Needs a nightlight by the key fobs. We actually were trying a key fob to a random villa! Luckily no one was in. Inside wasn’t much better. Only three replying seats for a villa supposedly for more people, and one of them had a screw sticking out dangerously — easily could have caused a serious injury. The sunbeds upstairs were awful — thin, uncomfortable, and completely worn out. We ended up going to the hotel next door or the beach just to relax because lying on those things was impossible. Do not expect to relax all day in them. The showers were hit-and-miss — one flooded the bathroom floor, and the water temperature went from freezing to boiling without warning. No air conditioning, just old fans that blew out clouds of dust when you turned them on. Honestly, if you go in summer, you’ll melt. The kitchen was fine and well-stocked, and the pool looked nice but was absolutely freezing. The biggest issue, though, was the false advertising — we paid for a four-bedroom villa and got three. That completely ruined the experience for us. All in all, this villa was misleading, uncomfortable, and disappointing. We basically used it as a place to sleep and spent the rest of the time elsewhere. Would not recommend.
