10.0Beautiful rooms and great view! We loved it! Not cheap but definitely the best accommodation we had on our Scotland trip. The breakfast was excellent too.

9.0The location is fantastic. The canal trail is directly across the street and the views out the back windows are divine! Our room was big, bright, and beautiful… as was the bathroom. It has everything we needed. Pauline was a gem! Our breakfast was fabulous and she took great care of us. Her banter made our day!

10.0Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Pauline ist eine unglaubliche Gastgeberin! Sie unterhält den ganzen Frühstücksraum mit ihren Geschichten, die sie in ihrem schottischen Akzent zum Besten gibt, während sie gleichzeitig dafür sorgt, dass alle das bekommen, was sie bestellt haben. Sie ist mit ihrer rauen herzlichen und offenen Art einfach einmalig! Das Zimmer hatte eine atemberaubende Aussicht über den Loch bis hin zur Isle of Arran. Jeden Morgen bot sich uns in wechselndem Licht und mit den Gezeiten ein neues Bild.

It was in a good location but clearly needs updating and modernised. It was great value.
3.0The lady looking after it was very friendly and welcoming.
− The bed was small, the bathroom needed updating, one window could only stay open by putting a bottle of water under the window and the one in the bathroom didn’t open at all.
Excellent friendly staff answered my requests and made sure I was happy.
9.0Excellent full breakfast, wide choice, served promptly. Provided plate and cutlery for my carry-out dinner. Room, bed, shower etc all good.
