7.0Very spacious house, massive living room and large spacious rooms. Kitchen has enough plates and cutlery. Easy access to the beachfront area. Not noisy.
− Parking between 8am and 9am and 4am and 6pm is not covered by any apps or voucher parking permits (only resident permit) so guests are very prone to getting a parking fine during these hours. Host advised to 'keep an eye out for parking wardens' during these hours, but we came to relax and enjoy Great Yarmouth, not to sit looking out of the windows. So we had to find another car park further away from the house to avoid charges. We were initially unable to connect to WiFi, once it worked it was very slow or not enough signal to cover the whole house. We requested a cot. Pillow and duvet looked like they had just been thrown in the cot, when I lifted them to make the cot bed, there were leftover snacks under these so I doubt anyone cleaned or even touched these items after the last guest. Considering it's for baby use, I find this absolutely disgusting. We kept finding ants throughout the ground floor, kitchen and living room. Not very pleasant. Not enough pots and pans. also, small fridge for such a big house with the number of guests it accommodates. Although there are 2 toilet rooms, there is only one bathroom. For the number of guests it can hold, it is not enough and makes it very lengthy to get everyone ready in the morning .
