6.0We were satisfied with the accommodation, it was perfect for a short overnight stay, it had an AC and an electric vehicle charging which we appreciated.
− Checkout left a bad taste: instead of sending an invoice as expected, the host caught us as we were packing up and asked for cash on the spot. We only had a 20 EUR bill and some CZK coins, covering the 500 CZK charge with a bit to spare, but rather than letting us pay the difference by card, he asked for an extra 5 EUR, effectively overcharging us. It felt unprofessional and left us hesitant to book again.
