1.0− TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!! The host did not communicate when there was an issue processing my card. According to them, the reservation was canceled, but this was never communicated. Furthermore, I submitted an arrival time, which was accepted by the host. Once I arrived, they took an extended period of time (over an hour) to let me know the property was booked with another party. I also spoke with a Booking.com representative who told me he'd follow up and get back to me, and he also didn't. Wouldn't recommend space/site to anyone!
The property manager are so nice they upgraded my room for 3 bedrooms and they are really easy to communicate, also ever
