9.0The facility was beautifully maintained, and the staff were warm, pleasant, and exceptionally attentive throughout our stay. The beach was perfect, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. What truly stood out was the way the team went above and beyond to make our visit special, including surprising us with birthday decorations in the room. It was a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more memorable. We truly appreciated the care and hospitality and would gladly recommend this facility to others.
Small spacious hotel
9.0Not as massive as the Sandals next door, more boutique with spacious rooms and direct access to the beach. Friendly restaurant with limited but nice menu.
− The hotel is wedged in between a main road and the beach so can be noisy.

9.0We loved everything about the place! The rooms had ample space, the pool was nice and warm and the beach was terrific and right outside the hotel! The property and grounds are well kept, our dinner was excellent and the staff were very accommodating - they made my dad's birthday a wonderful, memorable one and we are so grateful to them for their efforts!
− We were excited to walk to neighbouring facilities but the lack of sidewalks didn't permit and the roads were always very busy.

8.0The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Our taxi that we had booked before the trip that was supposed to take us to the airport was cancelled unexpectedly and the lady at the front desk did not hesitate to call her contact to book a taxi for us. The beach was also nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night and we did not have dinner so I cannot comment on the food but it did smell amazing when we walked past. The location was also perfect for us since we were flying out of George FL Charles airport which was 10-15 minutes away.
− I do not know if it was because it was off-peak season but the pools did not look very inviting. They were not dirty per se but they did not look like they were very recently cleaned. Thankfully the beach was right there so we did not need to use the pool.
