lived in apartment, complicated exchange

− this apartment is lived in. I had to wait till 5:30 for the tenant to clean the apartment and it felt intrusive. the Showere drain was plugged and filled. towels were old.. I provided booking with all the card information, but for some reason payment is upon arrival. The key exchange was to complicated and the tenant could not take payment on my card and was a hassle to communicate timely for departure. felt more like a poor AirB&B experience.
