8.0Prachtige centrale locatie in rustige straat, van alle gemakken voorzien. Strakke keuken. Rustige woning en rustige buren. Nette badkamer, ruime slaapkamers.
− Licht kan wat warmer en er zat een plankje naast mijn bed los, zodat daar niets meer op kon. Matras kan beter en minder syntetisch beddegoed zou fijn zijn. Maar dit neemt niet weg dat ik er wel nog eens zou willen zitten. Ik kan het van harte aanbevelen!

− Bad, Schlafzimmer, Ausstattung. Bad ist schimmelig, Wasser überall nach dem duschen. Matratze hart, Kopfkissen dick, komischer Geruch. Haare in der Dusche, Heizung war aus!
