10.0Dobri su domaćini. Tiho je,nema buke. Čisto je. Sve u svemu super. Cene po restoranima su bolje u odnosu na neka druga mesta u Srbiji.
− Za one koji vole da setaju.Nema dovoljnih pešačkih ili biciklističkih staza. Do Sunčane Reke nema staza za pešačenje. Nema staze ni do Gučeva (spomenika)

10.0Lokacija je odlična, mir, smeštaj u prizemlju, odličan signal interneta, čista posteljina, komarnici i roletne na prozorima, terasa. Stan je mali, ali ima sve za jednu-maksimalno 2 osobe i sasvim je ok za kraći boravak.
− Higijena posuđa i tehinke bi mogla biti bolja, takođe čistoća sanitarija u kupatilu. Prostor je veoma uzan od kreveta do sudopere, šporeta i frižidera. Lošija je ventilacija stana, kroz aspirator se povremeno oseća miris kuvanja iz drugih stanova.
