− Die komplette Abwicklung, von die Unterkunft überhaupt finden, über die Betreuung vor Ort, es gab nicht wirklich einen Ansprechpartner der sich um uns gekümmert hätte bis hin zur Unterkunft selbst, die schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es fehlt die Pflege des Besitzers. Es interessiert einfach keinen was mit der Unterkunft ist, habe so etwas noch nie erlebt.
