3.0− Na stronie jest wpisana sala zabaw dla dzieci. Niestety personel poinformował mnie, że niczego takiego nie ma. Basen to strefa ciszy. Co mają robić dzieci w tym hotelu?

9.0Bardzo ladny hotel, personel sympatyczny, śniadania bardzo dobre. Lokalizacja idealna, nad samym jeziorem i przy deptaku.
− Niestety podczas pobytu odbywał sie w godzinach nocnych festiwal tuż obok hotelu w amfiteatrze i było głośno.

− Na minus sniadania. Jadlam o wiele lepsze i bardziej rożnorodne w hotelach o niższym standardzie. Zdecydowanie na minus serwis pokojowy. Nikt nawet nie wymienil szklanek na czyste.Porwane szlafroki. Niestety, jako hotel pięciogwiazdkowy Willa Port nie spełnił moich oczekiwań. Największym rozczarowaniem były śniadania – wybór i jakość nie odpowiadały standardowi, którego spodziewałam się po hotelu tej klasy. Również codzienny serwis pokoju pozostawił wiele do życzenia. Ogólne wrażenie jest takie, że hotel ma świetną lokalizację i potencjał, ale standard obsługi i utrzymania nie odpowiada 5 gwiazdkom. Dla mnie jest to raczej dobry hotel 4-gwiazdkowy niż obiekt klasy premium. Mimo wszystko pobyt był udany dzięki urokowi Ostródy i okolicy, jednak za tę cenę oczekiwałam zdecydowanie więcej.
