The apartment perfectly fits for big families and group of friends with 3 bedrooms. The pool is great. The owner is very kind and full of suggestions for us.
− Sometimes the dust coming from a near worksite soiled the floor near the pool and the table outside. The position isn’t too central, but costa teguise can be reached in 10 minutes walking or 5 minute by car

− Rue un peu étroite, nous avions une voiture 7 places... Avec une voiture standard il n'y a aucun problème !

Excellent price for a lovely villa in a great part of the island

Villa Nica is really well represented by the photos. The communication was spot on and Acaymo was really helpful throughout the stay :) The location is excellent - you need a car if you're going to Costa Teguise, it's right by a very decent Lidl and the complex of houses is really pleasant. You can get two small cars on the drive which is great. It feels really secure. The villa is a really good size so there's lots of space. Thanks for a lovely stay!

El barrio es tranquilo, está perfecto para descansar y tienes supermercados cerca, además tiene una cocina bien equipada y un asador para barbacoa, también la piscina estaba lista cuando llegamos para usarla sin problema, y todas las habitaciones tenían aire acondicionado y funcionando bien.
