10.0We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Our host, Mamuka, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even met us at the property late at night to check us in, which we really appreciated. He also offered us some great city tours, for which we are very grateful. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

8.0Nice apartament on the second/third floor, with two separate bedrooms, one living room with kitchen. Actually in case you are not very carping it will be very nice. Not far away from big market near bus station. Early check in ( 11.00) was approved.
− If you want to use elevator you have to pay 🫣. Couldn't reach the owners via WhatsApp or similar, just by ordinary phone. Suggestion for owners: please leave some coffee, tea, sugar, etc. it won't cost more, but it will provide even greater convenience for guests and the reviews will be much better. But is was nice 👍

1.0− The host told us that the property won’t have electricity for 2-3 days after we had landed. We called him, he wouldn’t speak a word of English and he hung up on us leaving us stranded at 2am on our first night in Kutaisi. We never made it to the apartment and it basically felt like he didn’t want us to for some reason
