8.0The loaf of bread was a friendly touch. Nice towels. Comfortable couch. Clean and tidy. very spacious. OK for two people. The hosts had obviously thought about the setting up and the kitchen was well equipped for simple meals.
− The lighting was challenging. No upstairs switch for main lights. Unfortunately the sensor light at the top of the stairs turned on everytime there was movement in the bed. Would like to see better bedside lights to read by. I would recommend taking an eye mask if you are sensitive to light at night. Because there was no wall between the bedroom (mezzanine floor) lights from downstairs and the kitchen appliances were obvious. WIfi was intermittent which interrupted watching something on the TV.
Overall I recommend this place for anyone wanting to get a way from there busy life and just relax

Loved our stay - perfect setup and vibe for two mates catching up.
9.0Unique but excellent set-up. Thoughtfully equipped with essentials and extras. Lovely quiet location but still close drive into town. Outstanding shower!!
− Tricky to keep warm - heat pump is excellent but quite loud as it needs to crank heat into the big space. Sofa bed not very comfortable so a genuine second bed or quality sofa bed option would be a bonus.
