− The environment is more like a garbage dump or a refugee camp. We didn't spend a single night there. There are no lockable doors, the pictures don't do it justice. It's horrible. There is no lockable door. Unfriendly people in the neighboring ,, house"" We wrote to booking.com to get our money back but they haven't even responded. You should contact consumer protection services.
