1.0− This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The noise is unbearable you can constantly hear doors opening and closing, as well as everyone walking and talking in the hallway. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was extremely hot. I asked multiple times for it to be fixed, but nothing was ever done. It was a struggle to sleep comfortably. Housekeeping rarely came to clean the room, and the service phone in the room did not work. I reported the phone several times and asked them to fix it, but again, nothing was done. The overall service was extremely poor, and the lack of response to basic requests was unacceptable. I would never stay at this hotel again. Easily one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

− No respetan el descanso, a las 9:00 de la mañana tienen música en directo en el desayuno algo que no es muy agradable y mucho menos para los españoles. El sistema de aparcacoches tampoco es bueno, hace esperar al cliente innecesaria mente.

10.0We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Wat mij het meest beviel, was het fijne en persoonlijke contact met Tamara en Marco, de managers. Ze waren werkelijk 24/7 bereikbaar via telefoon en WhatsApp en stonden altijd voor ons klaar. Alles wat we nodig hadden, werd meteen geregeld en niets was hun te veel gevraagd. Die gastvrijheid en persoonlijke aandacht maakten ons verblijf extra bijzonder. Daarnaast zijn de kamers prachtig, zeer schoon en goed verzorgd. Alles voelde comfortabel en netjes aan. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en voelden ons vanaf het eerste moment welkom. Absoluut een aanrader en we komen heel graag nog eens terug!

Gorgeous Hotel in a great location
10.0The room was really nice, comfy bed, big shower and lots of storage space. The staff were super helpful any time I had a question and the location was excellent - having access to a great coffee shop, right next to the elevator that takes you down to the beach made my mornings extra magical.
