A very pleasant place with wonerful staff, but minor quirks prevent an all ten review.
8.0The staff were excellent. We had a good time talking to them thru Google translator. The breakfast was a great value. The room was immaculate. The common area was comfortable and pleasant.
− One can’t really unpack their luggage since there aren’t any dresser drawers (or equivalent) to put things, although there are a few hangers. Other than the bed there is no place to sit and read or write (although the common area is available). Nothing to be done about it but the location is a 20-25 minute walk from Ercolano scavi. Don’t let this dissuade you—just be aware.

10.0Struttura nuovissima e molto pulita, posizione molto comoda per il centro di Ercolano. Un ringraziamento speciale va alle ragazze che preparano la colazione. La loro gentilezza e disponibilità fa sentire davvero come a casa!

Excellent séjour
9.0Lieu rénové avec soin dans un bâtiment ancien. Tout le conforme moderne, de beaux matériaux, de beaux luminaires, très belle salle de bains, la climatisation. Accès avec code pour ouverture automatique des portes. Vue sur le vésuve pour au moins une des chambres. Le salon commun est très sympathique. L'offre petit déjeuner est correcte, avec café, boissons chaudes, céréales, toasts, du salé, viennoiseries, jus de fruits. Un parking gratuit est proche. La gare est à 10-12 min à pieds. C'est un point de chute intéressant pour visiter la baie de naples. Les personnes chargées de l'accueil sont souriantes et sympathiques grâce aux traducteurs nous avons pu obtenir les informations voulues.

9.0Pulita, moderna, accogliente e bella, unica pecca il palazzo esterno un pó vecchio e sporco, ma il b&b all’interno è davvero pulitissimo e bello.

9.0The breakfast was amazing and the ladies there did everything possible to accommodate us. Nice new rooms. Good price. The elevator is a GREAT feature. There are about 3 train stations within walking distance, but Ercolano Miglio d'Oro was the closest one, followed by Torre di Greco and then Ercolano-Portici.
− In one room the shower was slow to drain, but that was all. Everything else was perfect!
