7.0The property itself was lovely, with modern, comfortable furniture that made it feel welcoming. The location was a real highlight, as it was close to shops, restaurants and attractions, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted during our stay.
− Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. I had advised that we would be arriving at 3:00 pm. However, we didn’t receive the keys until 3:50 pm. After a long drive, having to wait almost an hour before we could access the property was frustrating and impacted the start of our stay. The shower drainage was also very poor. The water didn’t drain properly and leaked across a large section of the bathroom floor each time the shower was used, leaving the floor wet and creating an inconvenience.

9.0Location was great, property was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for our visit to Newcastle. Hosts were fantastic.
